- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup melted butter(unsalted)
- 2 eggs seperated
- preheat waffle iron (spay with vegitable oil)
- in a large bowl mix all dry ingredients
- in medium bowl whip egg whites until stiff
- mix dry with butter and egg yolks
- fold in egg white
- pour on to waffle iron (close and wait for steam to stop)
- top with whipped cream (choice fruit nuts get artistic)
