SUNDAY SURPRISE WAFFLES

  1. 2 cups all-purpose flour
  2. 4 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
  3. 4 teaspoons sugar
  4. 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  5. 1/2 cup melted butter(unsalted)
  6. 2 eggs seperated
  7. preheat waffle iron (spay with vegitable oil)
  8. in a large bowl mix all dry ingredients
  9. in medium bowl whip egg whites until stiff
  10. mix dry with butter and egg yolks
  11. fold in egg white
  12. pour on to waffle iron (close and wait for steam to stop)
  13. top with whipped cream (choice fruit nuts get artistic)
